Request to Delete Account in Readers Club App

If you wish to delete your account in the Readers Club app along with all associated data, please follow the steps below:

  1. Send a Request to Delete Your Account:

    • Please send your account deletion request via email to mos3soft@gmail.com
    • In the email, make sure to include your username or email address associated with your account so we can quickly identify it.

  2. Data That Will Be Deleted:

    • All personal data associated with your account will be deleted, including:
      • Username
      • Email address
      • Activity log (such as books you’ve read)
      • Any other personal data linked to your account.

  3. Data That Will Be Retained:

    • Some data, such as payment records or data required by local laws, may be retained for a certain period as per the app's policies.

  4. Data Retention Period:

    • Some data will be retained for legal purposes for up to [a certain period, e.g., 6 months] after account deletion.

  5. Account Deletion Confirmation:

    • Once your request is processed, we will send you a confirmation that your account has been deleted. This may take approximately [number of days] to complete.
